Mate, Toyota ECU programming isn't built in to the software.
You need to use the Maxiflash box with Toyota Techstream.
If you don't know what you're doing get somebody who does to help you out, or it will drive you insane!!

Most of the time the brands are a very good instruction how you do that.

Please follow them. If you need any help, you can count with us.

no need to do any kind of programming on that vehicle with a used ecm, all you need to do is jump/bypass pin 4 and 13 of the diagnostic connector DLC for 45 minutes key on, then turn off ignition, remove jumper and start the vehicle, that simple.

Hey Just because jumping DLC pins for 45 minutes might work on a Toyota for 40sanal doesn't mean that procedure and anal in your 40's will work with  a Farfignueggen BMW. Lol

As long the new used PCM is off the same model year and pcm numbers match. I just install on a 2009 Toyota a used PCM and after 32 minutes I turn off the ignition switch  remove the jumper wire and start the engine.  I always match the to digits on the square.
